Scandanavian apple salad

Ingredients

2cupsRed Apples, unpeeled, diced
1cupCelery, diced
2cupsCabbage, shredded
½cupSour Cream
Juice Of 1 Lemon
Salt & Sugar, to taste
½cupGrapes, halved & seeded
½cupChopped Nuts, optional

Directions

Combine apples, celery, and cabbage. Combine remainin ingredients except grapes. Add to apple mixture. Toss to mix. Garnish with grapes.

Serves 8
