Scandinavian vegetable salad

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1can(16 Oz) French Cut Green Beans, drained
1Jar (2 Oz) Chopped Pimiento; drained
1cupChopped Celery
2Onions; chopped
½cupSugar; scant
1cupVinegar
½cupCooking Oil
Salt And Pepper; to taste

Directions

Mix all the vegetable ingredients. Mix the sugar, vinegar, oil, and salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss lightly. Best if made ahead and allowed to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Serves 8
