Stuffed cinnamon apple salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Apples
½ cup Red cinnamon candies
¼ cup Sugar
2 cups Water
½ cup Broken pecan pieces
10 \N Dates (pitted and chopped)
½ cup Pineapple diced
¼ cup Salad dressing

Pare and core apples. Cook candies and sugar in water until dissolved; add whole apples and cook slowly until transparent but not soft. Chill. Combine remaining ingredients; stuff apples with this mixture and serve on lettuce.

Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
