Creamy apple salad

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cubed goledn or green apples
1 cup Cubed red apple chilled
½ cup Raisins
⅓ cup Sliced celery
2 tablespoons Orange or apple juice (chill
\N \N Dressing
1 cup (8 oz.) vanilla yogurt
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Chopped nuts

In medium bowl, combine all salad ingredients; toss gently. In small bowl blend dressing ingredients, Spoon over salad. Stir gently to coat fruit. If desired spoon into serving bowls. Sprinkle with additional nuts if desired. Serve immediately Source Pillsbury cookbooks
