Apple-cinnamon salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs (3-oz) strawberry gelatin
2 cups Boiling water
1½ cup Cold water
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Diced; peeled apples
½ cup Diced celery
¼ cup Chopped pecans

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water & cinnamon & chill until thickened. Fold in apples, celery & pecans. Spoon into a 6-cup mold or bowl. Chill until firm.
