Measure | Ingredient |

2 packs | (3-oz) strawberry gelatin |
2 cups | Boiling water |
1½ cup | Cold water |
¼ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
1 cup | Diced; peeled apples |
½ cup | Diced celery |
¼ cup | Chopped pecans |
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water & cinnamon & chill until thickened. Fold in apples, celery & pecans. Spoon into a 6-cup mold or bowl. Chill until firm.
