Cinnamon apple salad

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Red hot candy
3 cups Boiling water
2 cups Apple sauce
1 large Box cherry Jello
8 ounces Cream cheese
¼ cup Milk
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
dash Salt
½ cup Chopped nuts
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

TOPPING

Dissolve gelatin and candy in boiling water, stir in apple sauce, lemon and salt. Chill until partially set. Add nuts. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Allow to set. TOPPING: Blend cream cheese, milk and mayonnaise. Spread on top of Jello. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 10-18-95
