Measure | Ingredient |

6 cups | Cubed unpeeled Red Delicious apple |
½ cup | Raisins |
⅓ cup | Chopped walnuts |
½ cup | Vanilla low-fat yogurt |
2 tablespoons | Honey |
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; toss gently. Combine yogurt and honey in a bowl; stir well. Add to apple mixture; toss gently to coat.
Cover and chill 1 hour. Yield: 8 servings (serving size: ¾ cup).
