Strawberry whip

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Strawberries
1 cup Sugar
1 \N Egg white
½ \N Lemon, juice of (up to 1)

Source: One of my Passover Cookbooks (I don't remember which one) Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat on high until stiff peaks form. Freeze.
