Strawberry whip

| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | \N | Egg white |
| ½ | \N | Lemon, juice of (up to 1) |
Source: One of my Passover Cookbooks (I don't remember which one) Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat on high until stiff peaks form. Freeze.
