Apricot whip

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Cottage cheese, creamed
⅔ cup Milk
¼ cup Dried apricots
2 tablespoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Almond extract
1 can Apricots

Place the cottage cheese, dried apricots, sugar and almond extract into a blender. Blend about 1½ minutes until all is smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with canned apricots.
