Fruit whip

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Boiling water
1 pack (4 serving sz) jello any flavor
½ cup Cold water or fruit juice
\N \N Ice cubes
1 cup Fresh or canned fruit (drained)

Pour boiling water into blender. Add jello. Cover and blend at low speed until jello is completely dissolved (about 30 sec). Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1-¼ cups. Add this to the jello and stir until ice cubes are partially melted, then blend at high speed for 30 sec. Pour into dessert glasses or serving bowl and spoon in fruit (if desired). Chill until firm (about 20-30min). Desert layers as it chills.
