Frozen peach whip

| ⅓ | cup | Granulated sugar 1 tablesp. Iemon juice |
| 1 | cup | Strained peaches |

| ½ | cup | Orange juice |
| 1 | cup | Heavy cream, whipped |
Directions
Turn temperature control of refrigerator to coldest setting. Beat egg white until stiff but not dry; beat in sugar and peaches. Fold orange and lemon juice into cream, fold into peach mixture. Pour into freezing tray; freeze until firm, stirring once. Then return temperature control to normal setting. Makes 6 servings.
