From:    Cheryl Miller <csmiller@...> Date:    Fri, 26 Jul 1996 20:24:21 +0000 Press 1 package (1o ounces) frozen strawberries, thawed, through a strainer to measure ¾ cup.  Heat strawberry juice, 3 cups white or cider vinegar and 1 cup sugar to boiling, stirring frequently. Boil and stir 1 minute. 
Cool. Pour into bottles and cover tightly. Use in salad dressing and as marinades. Makes 1 qt.
