|3 cups||Fresh or frozen raspberries|
|2 \N||17 oz. bottles white wine Vinegar|
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Pour through a wire-mesh strainer, discarding pulp. Pour into decorative jars or bottles; cover. Store in refrigerator.
