Raspberry wine vinegar

Yield: 5 Cups

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Fresh or frozen raspberries
2 \N 17 oz. bottles white wine Vinegar
1 cup Sugar

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Pour through a wire-mesh strainer, discarding pulp. Pour into decorative jars or bottles; cover. Store in refrigerator.
