Blueberry vinegar

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | Orange ; zest of | |
| 2 | pints | Blueberries; washed and drained |
Directions
Place blueberries in large bowl. Cover with vinegar.let stand for 1 hour.
Transfer to large, nonreactive sasucepan. Add sugar and orange zest.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered for 20 minutes. Strain, press out as much liquid as possible. Pour into hot glass jars or fancy bottles.
