Strawberries with balsamic vinegar

Measure Ingredient
500 grams Strawberries
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons Caster sugar

1. Wash and drain strawberries, removing the hull. Halve or quarter the strawberries and place in a bowl.

2. Sprinkle over the vinegar and sugar and toss gently. Allow to macerate for 20-30 minutes before serving.
