½ pounds | Cauliflower flowerettes |
1 each | Zucchini; sliced 1/2\" thick |
8 ounces | Mushrooms |
1 cup | Cherry tomatoes |
½ teaspoon | Garlic salt |
3 tablespoons | Parmesan cheese; grated |
Arrange vegetables except tomatoes in steamer basket. Add ¾ cup water to reservoir, cover and steam 16 to 17 minutes.
Add cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle all with salt and cheese. Add ¼ cup water to reservoir, cover and steam 6 to 7 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6
Total steaming time: 22 to 24 minutes.
