Italian delight

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef
½ \N Green pepper
1 medium Onion
1 can Tomato soup
1 can Cream style corn
1 pack Medium egg noodles
\N \N Shredded Longhorn cheese

Brown ground beef, green pepper and onion. Drain excess fat. Add tomato soup and creamed corn; let simmer. Cook noodles as package directions. Mix meat mixture and noodles in a large baking dish, about 9 x 13 inch cake pan or glassware. Top with cheese, bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and hot.
