Steamer carrot medley

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Carrots; pared & sliced thin
1 small Onion; thin sliced and separated into rings
2 teaspoons Dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 dash Salt
1 teaspoon Chicken bouillon granules

Combine all ingredients in rice bowl. Add 1-½ cups water to reservoir, cover and steam for 26 to 30 minutes.

Serves 8
