Italian-style oven dinner

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Red bell pepper, sliced
1 \N Green bell pepper, sliced
1 can Italian peeled toamtoes, drained and cut up (28 oz)
1 pounds Italian sausage, cut in 2\" chunks
2 \N Garlic cloves, minced
1 \N Chicken, 3 pound, cut up
1 tablespoon Olive oil
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper
½ teaspoon Black pepper

Put pepper, tomatoes, and sausage chunks in a baking pan and sprinkle with garlic. Arrange chicken on top. Brush chicken with olive oil.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour and 15 minutes, until tender, basting frequently.

Makes 6-8 servings.
