Steamer baked ambrosia

Ingredients

| 2 | larges | Oranges |
| 8 | ounces | Can pineapple chunks; drain |
| 2 | tablespoons | Coconut |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Brown sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Honey |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Almond extract |
| 2 | tablespoons | Almonds; whole or slivered |
| 4 | eaches | Maraschino cherries |
Directions
Cut oranges in half crosswise. Free fruit from shell carefully with a grapefruit knife. Separate orange sections.
Toss together orange sections, pineapple, coconut, brown sugar, honey, almond extract and almonds in mixing bowl. Mound into reserved orange shells. top each with a cherry. Place shells on steamer basket. Add ½ cup water to reservoir, cover and steam for 10 to 12 minutes.
