Spinach with onions

| 2 | pounds | Fresh spinach; |
| 2 | tablespoons | Margarine; |
| ½ | cup | Onion; |
| dash | Each nutmeg, thyme, salt | |
| dash | Freash ground pepper; | |
Directions
Rinse spinach thoroughly; place in to top of double boiler and heat until wilted. Drain and chop coarsely. Melt margarine in skillet; add onion. Saute over high heat until onion is brown on the edges.
