Spinach with onions

Ingredients

2poundsFresh spinach;
2tablespoonsMargarine;
½cupOnion;
dashEach nutmeg, thyme, salt
dashFreash ground pepper;

Directions

Rinse spinach thoroughly; place in to top of double boiler and heat until wilted. Drain and chop coarsely. Melt margarine in skillet; add onion. Saute over high heat until onion is brown on the edges.
