Spinach tortilla rolls

Ingredients

5largesFlour tortillas
110 oz Pkg froz chpd spinach,
Thawed and well drained
13 oz Jar real bacon bits
6Green onions, chopped
1cupSour cream
18 oz Pkg cream cheese, softened
¼teaspoonNutmeg

Directions

Have tortillas at room temperature. Combine remaining ingredients until well distributed throughout mixture. Spread fairly thinly and evenly on tortillas. Roll each tortilla up jelly roll fashion and wrap individually in plastic film. Refrigerate overnight. Unwrap and slice into ¾ inch rounds just before serving.
