¼cupLime Juice
2Cloves Garlic, finely
Chopped
2tablespoonsGround Red Chiles
12ouncesTomato Paste
1tablespoonCorn Oil
12ouncesBeer
1tablespoonWorcestershire Sauce

Directions

Heat all ingredients to boiling in a 2 quart saucepan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

**You may also use the canned Chipotle peppers for a truly different spicy flavor.
