½ cup | Brown sugar -- firmly |

2 tablespoons | Ground red chiles |
1 tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
1½ cup | Chopped onion |
2 \N | Jalapenos -- finely chopped |
2 \N | Cloves garlic -- finely |
\N \N | Chopped |
12 ounces | Tomato paste |
12 ounces | Beer, any brand |
* Jalapeno chiles should be seeded and finely chopped. Heat all ingredients to boiling in a 2 quart saucepan; reduce heat to low.
Cover= and simmer 1 hour; stirring occasionally.
Makes about 5 cups of sauce.
