Spicy texas barbeque sauce

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Ketchup
½ cup Brown sugar -- firmly
\N \N Packed
¼ cup Lime juice
2 tablespoons Ground red chiles
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1½ cup Chopped onion
2 \N Jalapenos -- finely chopped
2 \N Cloves garlic -- finely
\N \N Chopped
12 ounces Tomato paste
12 ounces Beer, any brand

* Jalapeno chiles should be seeded and finely chopped. Heat all ingredients to boiling in a 2 quart saucepan; reduce heat to low.

Cover= and simmer 1 hour; stirring occasionally.

Makes about 5 cups of sauce.
