Hot spicy texas bbq sauce

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
3Onions; finely chopped, up to 4
3Jalapeno chopped; up to 4
8Garlic cloves; minced
1cupCoffee; (strong and just black)
1cupWorcestershire Sauce
1cupKetchup; Heinz is best
½cupBrown sugar
¼cupApple cidar vinegar
¼cupChili powder; (get a good kind!)
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonPepper

Directions

Combine all and boil, and reduce heat to a simmer for 30 minutes, stirring every now and again. Puree (if you like) , and serve at room temp or warm.

Leftovers sauce can be kept refridged for 3 days or freeze for 3 months.
