½ cup BROWN SUGAR
¼ cup WINE VINEGAR
1 teaspoon DRY MUSTARD
1 teaspoon RED PEPPER FLAKES
1 teaspoon BASIL
2 teaspoons DIJON MUSTARD
8 eaches DASHES WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
½ teaspoon GROUND CUMMIN
1 each CLOVE GARLIC

IN A LARGE SAUCE PAN, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND BRING TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES, COVERED.
