Spicy fruit salsa

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Mango; peeled and cut into
\N \N ; 1/2-inch dice
1 \N Papaya; peeled, seeded, and
\N \N ; cut into 1/2-inch
\N \N ; dice
1 pint Strawberries; hulled and
\N \N ; quartered
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 \N Red serrano or jalapeno chili; seeded and minced
\N \N ; (wear rubber
\N \N ; gloves)
2 tablespoons Minced fresh mint leaves

In a bowl stir together the mango, the papaya, the strawberries, the sugar, and the chili, let the mixture stand for 10 minutes, and stir in the mint.

Serve the salsa with grilled chicken or fish.

Makes about 2 cups.
