Tropical fruit salsa

Ingredients

| 1 | medium | Ripe Papaya, peeled, seeded |
| And cut into 1/4\" cubes | ||
| 1 | medium | Ripe Avocado, peeled, pitted |
| And cut into 1/4\" cubes | ||
| 3 | tablespoons | Lime Juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh Cilantro, chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Brown Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Jalapeno Peppers, drained |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ginger, crushed |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavours to blend. Serve with grilled fish or chicken. Also good with tortilla chips.
