Spicy fruit salad

Measure Ingredient
1 large Orange, peeled, sectioned
1 medium Pear, cubed
2 Bananas, peeled, sliced
½ cup Prunes, diced
1 cup Vanilla low-fat yogurt
¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 cup Grapes, red or purple seedless
⅓ cup Walnuts, toasted
⅛ teaspoon Ground cardamom or nutmeg

SPICY YOGURT DRESSING

In a medium bowl, combine fruits and nuts. Prepare dressing (combine ingredients). Just before serving, top with dressing and toss well.
