Spicy red salsa

And finely chopped
1tablespoonSeeded; finely-chopped fresh jalapeno
Chiles
2tablespoonsFinely-chopped cilantro
1smallRed onion; finely chopped
1mediumGarlic clove; minced
1teaspoonRed wine vinegar
(or 1 tspn freshly-squeezed lemon juice)
1teaspoonSalt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Taste for seasoning.

Cover and refrigerate. This recipe yields about 1 quart.
