Spicy red salsa

1 | medium | Garlic clove; minced |
1 | teaspoon | Red wine vinegar |
(or 1 tspn freshly-squeezed lemon juice) | ||
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Taste for seasoning.
Cover and refrigerate. This recipe yields about 1 quart.
