Speedy chicken and seafood

1 | medium | Onion, chopped (about 1/2 Cup) |
2 | cans | (10 1/2 ounces each) chicken a la king |
1 | can | (4 1/4 ounces) deveined medium shrimp, rinsed and drained |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
4 | cups | Hot cooked noodles |
2 | tablespoons | Bac *Os' imitation bacon Chopped fresh parsley, if desired |
Directions
Place pineapple and onion in l l/2 quart microwavable casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until onion is crisp-tender.
Stir in chicken a la king, shrimp and lemon juice. Cover. tightly and microwave 5 to 7 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until hot. Serve over noodles. Sprinkle with bacon. Sprinkle with parsley.
