|8 ounces||Pineapple chunks, drained|
|1 medium||Onion, chopped (about 1/2 Cup)|
|2 cans||(10 1/2 ounces each) chicken a la king|
|1 can||(4 1/4 ounces) deveined medium shrimp, rinsed and drained|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|4 cups||Hot cooked noodles|
|2 tablespoons||Bac *Os' imitation bacon Chopped fresh parsley, if desired|
Place pineapple and onion in l l/2 quart microwavable casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until onion is crisp-tender.
Stir in chicken a la king, shrimp and lemon juice. Cover. tightly and microwave 5 to 7 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until hot. Serve over noodles. Sprinkle with bacon. Sprinkle with parsley.
