|2 tablespoons||Vinegar; (any type)|
|¼ cup||Soy sauce|
|¼ teaspoon||Black pepper|
Combine all ingredients in a skillet and cook, covered, over medium heat until chicken is done, about 25 minutes.
Serve over rice.
