Ingredients

2Onions; chopped
1can(large) tomato paste
1canWax beans; drained and chopped
1canChopped mushrooms; drained
1Jar artichoke hearts; drained and chopped
3Celery ribs; chopped
2Carrots; parboiled & chopped
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
½Bottle ketchup
½teaspoonPepper
½teaspoonOregano
½teaspoonBasil
½teaspoonGarlic powder
1teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonAccent®; (optional)
2cans(small) tuna in water; well drained

Directions

Sauté onion in butter till brown. Mix all ingredients. (All should be chopped, about ¼") Chill before serving. This need a day to chill and bring out the flavors. As an appetizer this feeds a crowd, serve with cocktail rye, or cocktail pumpernickle, or slices of french ficcelles. Also delicious as a sandwhich spread and could be served as vegetable side dish.
