Sparkling rose’ punch

Yield: 50 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Frozen sliced strawberries; thawed
½ cup Sugar
2 \N Bottles; (4/5 qt. each) rose’ wine
2 cans (6 oz. each) lemonade concentrate
1 quart Sparkling water; well chilled
\N \N Ice cubes or block of ice.

In a bowl combine berries, sugar and 1 bottle wine. Cover and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature. Strain mixture into punch bowl. Add frozen lemonade concentrate, stir until completely thawed. Add remaining bottles of wine, pour in sparkling water. Add ice. (You can double recipe - Only add 1 bottle wine to berries in any case. Double recipe will serve 50 to 60. Very delicious. I always have raves and requests for the recipe when I serve it. Pretty red color for the holidays.
