Yield: 4 servings
|1 tablespoon||Ginger root; coarsely chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Loose green tea|
|2 cups||Boiling water|
|2 cups||Ginger ale; chilled|
Steep ginger and tea in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes. Strain into a pitcher and chill before adding ginger ale and ice.
