Yield: 1 Servings
|2 tablespoons||Ginger root (unpeeled); grated|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice; fresh|
|1 pinch||Cayenne pe|
Put grated ginger in a teapot. Cover with two cups of boiling water. Cover and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain out the ginger, add honey, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Stir, drink and get well.
