Measure | Ingredient |

2 tablespoons | Ginger root (unpeeled); grated |
1 tablespoon | Honey |
2 tablespoons | Lemon juice; fresh |
1 pinch | Cayenne pe |
Put grated ginger in a teapot. Cover with two cups of boiling water. Cover and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain out the ginger, add honey, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Stir, drink and get well.
