Spam broccoli pecan salad

Ingredients

1canSPAM Luncheon Meat, cut in strips (12 oz)
¾poundsBroccoli, broken into flowerets, blanched
¼poundsCheddar cheese, cut in matchstick-size pieces
½cupThinly sliced radishes
¼cupWhite wine vinegar
3tablespoonsOlive oil
2tablespoonsSugar
1Garlic clove, minced
½teaspoonDry mustard
¼cupToasted pecans

Directions

In skillet, saute SPAM over medium heat until lightly browned. In large bowl, combine broccoli, SPAM, cheese, and radishes. In small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, sugar, garlic, and dry mustard. Toss dressing with SPAM mixture. Cover and chill 1 hour. Before serving, stir in toasted pecans.
