Broccoli pasta salad

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Peanut oil
2 cups Broccoli florets
¼ cup Scallion; sliced
1 Clove garlic; minced
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Basil leaves
½ pounds Pasta twists; cooked
1 cup Cherry tomatoes; halved
½ cup Parmesan cheese
