Vegetarian burger

Yield: 6 burgers

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Broccoli, chopped
¼ cup Onion, chopped
½ cup Carrot, chopped
2 tablespoons Parsley, fresh, minced
2 tablespoons Basil, fresh, minced
1 each Garlic clove, minced
¼ teaspoon Celery seeds
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1 teaspoon Lite soymilk
1 cup Basmatic rice, cooked
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
1 tablespoon Cracked wheat germ

In a food processor, blend together the broccoli, onion, carrot, parsley, basil, garlic, celery seeds, oil & soymilk. Add the rice & blend until the mixture resembles a coarse paste. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.

Mix in the sesame seeds & wheatgerm. Form into 6 patties & cook either on a foil covered grill or in a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
