1 | pounds | Crabmeat |
1 | cup | Fresh bread crumbs |
½ | cup | Heavy whipping cream, lightly whipped |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1 | tablespoon | Finely chopped scallion |
1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
3 | drops | Tabasco sauce Salt and pepper to taste |
2 | tablespoons | Melted butter |
2 | tablespoons | Parsley flakes Paprika to taste |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Melt 2 tb butter in heavy skillet. Add crabmeat; toss well to coat. Add bread crumbs, cream, lemon juice, scallion, Worcestershire sauce, sry mustard, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper to crab. Mix lightly but thoroughly. divide among 4 lightly greased ramekins. Drizzle butter over crab mixture; sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Place on baking sheets and bake 15 minutes. or until lightly browned.
