Crab ring

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Unflavored gelatin
¼ cup Cold water
2 packs (8-oz) cream cheese; softened
2 tablespoons Sherry
1 Jar (2-oz) chopped pimento; drained
1 can Crab meat; drained
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
⅛ teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoons Parsley

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Stir over hot water until dissolved. In mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add melted gelatin, sherry, salt, pimento & remaining ingredients. Pour into a 3-cup mold that has been greased or sprayed. Chill until set & serve with crackers.
