Ingredients

1teaspoonUnflavored gelatin
¼cupCold water
2packs(8-oz) cream cheese; softened
2tablespoonsSherry
1Jar (2-oz) chopped pimento; drained
1canCrab meat; drained
1teaspoonLemon juice
teaspoonBlack pepper
2tablespoonsParsley

Directions

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Stir over hot water until dissolved. In mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add melted gelatin, sherry, salt, pimento & remaining ingredients. Pour into a 3-cup mold that has been greased or sprayed. Chill until set & serve with crackers.
