South seas honey fruit sauce

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dried thyme
¼ cup Honey
¼ cup Cider vinegar
¾ cup Chicken broth or water
1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
½ cup Pineapple tidbits, drained
¼ cup Maraschino cherries, drained and halved

I found some recipes in the 4-9-97 edition of The Clarion-Ledger that you might enjoy.

Combine cornstarch, salt and thyme in small saucepan; mix well. Combine honey, vinegar and broth; mix well. Stir honey mixture into cornstarch mixture; cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Add drained fruits; heat and stir gently about 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
