Fruit sauce

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Egg
1 cup Pineapple juice
2 tablespoons Flour
½ cup Sugar
\N \N Salt
2 tablespoons Butter
½ pint Whipping cream

Beat egg. Add pineapple juice, flour, sugar & salt. Cook until thick in a heavy saucepan. Add butter. Cool & then fold in whipped cream. Serves 6 to 8 people. May be used as a topping for fruit salad or a sauce for dipping fresh fruit.
