BLACKBERRY HONEY
*You can use the same amount of other flavors of jam, peach, apricot, seedless raspberry, etc.
For each fruit honey, microwave preserves or jam in a microwave safe bowl on high power for 1 minute,or until melted. Stir in honey and cinnamon until well-blended. Store in airtight jars in the refrigerator. Makes two fruit honeys at about 1-½ cups each.
These are nice to give in jelly jars with cross-stitch in the tops or fabric. Tie a torn fabric bow or raffia around neck of jelly jar.
