Sourdough buttermilk cheese bread abm

Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | pack | Active dry yeast |
| 3 | cups | Bread flour |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1 | cup | Sharp cheddar cheese, cubed |
| ½ | cup | Blue cheese |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
| 1 | cup | Chopped green chiles |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Sourdough starter |
| ½ | cup | Buttermilk |
| ¼ | cup | Warm water |
Directions
All ingredients should be at or above room temp before starting.
Add in order listed.
Select White Bread and press Start.
Check for the proper amount of liquid after about 1 minute.
Add liquid or flour as required at that time.
