Ingredients

| 3 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 3 | cups | Bread flour |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter or margarine |
| 2¼ | teaspoon | Red Star Active Dry Yeast |
| 3 | teaspoons | Gluten (optional) |
| ⅞ | cup | Buttermilk ** |
| 2 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 2 | cups | Bread flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter or margarine |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Red Star Active Dry Yeast |
| 2 | teaspoons | Gluten (optional) |
Directions
1½ LB LOAF
1 LB LOAF
* For Welbilt/DAK and Zojirushi machines add 2 tablespoons more buttermilk ** For Welbilt machine, add 1 tablespoon more buttermilk.
Have all ingredients at room temperature. (For my Hitachi I microwave the liquid ingredients)
Place all ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturers suggestion. Select light setting.
