Sourdough blueberry muffins

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
¾cupSourdough starter; ( approx )*
½cupWhole wheat flour
cupWhite flour
½cupOil
½cupSugar
½cupEvaporated milk; canned
1Egg
1cupBlueberries ; or raisins
¾teaspoonBaking soda

Directions

Mix everything together, adding starter* " last" to to make a mixture which holds together nicely. Do not beat vigorously. Fill greased muffin tins half full and bake 375 for about 30 minutes and test done before removing.
