Lemon blueberry muffins

Yield: 12 muffins

Measure Ingredient
1⅓ cup Flour
½ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
1 cup Milk
⅓ cup Margarine/shortening, melted
1½ teaspoon Grated lemon peel
1½ cup Post Blueberry Morning

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Beat egg in small bowl; stir in milk, margarine and lemon peel. Add to flour moisture; stir just until moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Stir in cereal. Spoon batter into greased or paper lined muffin tins. Fill each ⅔ cup full. Bake 20 minutes. Serve warm.
