Muffins ( blueberry )

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Sifted flour
3 teaspoons Baking powder
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 cup Milk
¼ cup Vegetable oil
1 cup Fresh blueberries

Heat oven to 400 F. Sift flour, baking soda, sugar and salt. Combine egg, oil and milk, pour into flour mixture and stir it just enough to moisten the flour. Fold in the blueberries. Fill paper lined muffin tins and bake 20 or 25 minutes. Makes 12.
