Yield: 4 servings
|2 pounds||Ground beef|
|1 pack||Fresh or frozen broccoli|
|1 can||Chicken and rice soup|
|1 can||Mushroom soup|
|1 can||Onion rings|
|8 ounces||Mozzarella or cheddar cheese|
While browning ground beef, cook broccoli. Mix soups together and heat. Place half of browned beef into an 8 x 10 inch casserole dish, covering bottom of dish. Layer in half the broccoli, chopped onion rings, cheese and soup. Repeat layers.
Bake in a 350 F oven until mixture bubbles.
Serves 4 to 6.
